Module 1 // The Formula of Clean Exotic

Week 1. Building the foundation

We build the strength, control and movement habits that make beautiful movement possible. You’ll learn my method of short, consistent practice that creates lasting progress.

Week 2. The three core elements of exotic: steps, waves and spins

We break down the three core elements of exotic and learn what actually makes movement look clean, controlled and effortless.

Week 3. Moving part by part

We explore the fundamental principles of quality movement: breath, weight transfer, tension and release. You’ll learn how to control different parts of your body independently and use them intentionally in your dance.

Week 4. Arms and Flow

Result. You’ll stop feeling stuck in the same movement patterns and gain more freedom in the way you move.

Arms are often the missing piece between doing the movement and actually dancing it. Learn how to use them as an active part of the dance to create fluid, expressive movement.
